RSA is not, in this case, the Republic of South Africa. No, this RSA is the global leader in Life Sciences Executive Search and Interim management employed by the top global Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Sciences companies.
Following an audit of the RSA brand and its extensions we worked at board level to define their brand values and personality.
We redesigned their marque and created an endorsed brand structure for the divisions, a suite of marketing material, website and advertising campaigns followed. Since we started working with RSA in 2005 they have grown to become an international organisation with offices in Europe, America, China and the Far East. Just not in South Africa.........yet.
